At Alma Beach, gastronomy is born from the meeting of the Mediterranean and the Orient. Our menu celebrates the finest seasonal produce from the Balearics - freshly caught fish, locally grown vegetables, Ibizan olive oil - prepared with techniques that fuse Mediterranean tradition with the precision and elegance of Japanese cuisine.
The open-air kitchen, sea-view terraces and the unhurried rhythm of service create a dining experience that goes far beyond the plate. Here, eating well is part of living well.

Mr. Ito
At the heart of Alma Beach lies Mr. Ito, our Japanese restaurant. A space of warm shadows and artisanal precision where sushi, sashimi and cooked dishes pay tribute to the philosophy of the finest ingredients, without artifice.
Mr. Ito operates Tuesday to Sunday, reservation only. The omakase experience - trusting the chef to decide - is our recommendation for those who want to taste Japan in the Mediterranean.
