Personal data
almabeachibiza.es is a read-only guide: pages, tools and photos. Reading it requires no name, e-mail address or phone number, and the pages load no advertising or analytics scripts.
The live forecast
The forecast panels and the 7-day forecast are loaded directly by your browser from Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com and marine-api.open-meteo.com), a public weather service. Your browser sends it the coordinates of the cove you chose, and, as with any web request, your IP address. Open-Meteo describes its own handling of requests in its terms and privacy information.
The packing list
When you tick an item on the packing list, the ticks are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device, so they are still there when you come back. They are never sent to this site or anyone else. Clearing your browser data, or pressing “Clear the list”, removes them.
Server logs
Like every website, the server that delivers these pages records technical request data, such as the time, the page requested, the browser type and the IP address, to keep the site running and secure. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors.
Fonts and images
Fonts and images are served from this site itself. No third-party font or image service is contacted.
Cookies and local storage
almabeachibiza.es sets no cookies, neither its own nor any from analytics, advertising or social media services, so there is no cookie banner. The only thing stored in your browser is the state of the packing list, in local storage, as described above.

Links to councils, transport operators and other sites take you to services with their own privacy rules.
